The Process

  • 1—Website Profile Form

    Answer some preliminary questions so we can provide an accurate quote for your project. This helps us know what you're looking for and how long it will take.

  • 2—Proposal

    We will deliver a complete proposal/quote, specifying the work we will do and the terms of your agreement. Once you approve it, we require 50% of the total as downpayment.

  • 3—Helpdesk & Hosting

    We'll create an account for you to use on our helpdesk. This allows you to communicate with our entire team whenever you need to. We will use the helpdesk to send you "tickets" that you receive as emails, reminding you what information we need to start building your site. During this stage we'll also help you get set up with hosting.

  • 4—Design Process

    Once you send us all the content needed for your site, we can start building. Once we have some basic design and layout done, we'll send you a preview to make sure we're on track with the initial vision.

  • 5—Going Live

    Once we finish everything on the proposal, and you love the way it looks and works, we'll collect final payment and reveal your site for the world to see. You have full rights of ownership for the site, and we charge no monthly fees to keep it live. Should you ever require updates or changes, you can always make a request through our helpdesk.
